Smooth Rod to Linear Rails - With threaded rod by jontelling

I've had a i3 for a while and finally got around to upgrading the y carriage to use linear rails and thought I'd share what I made.
This is designed around 8mm threaded rods and M3 nuts/bolts, please note, the 8mm holes might need a little drilling/filling, depending on how tight you want it.

For the corners
-Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_Center_And_Squaring_Support.stl
Used for both supporting the centre and used to square the rails to the frame. I'm no longer using a plastic frame but this will work just the same.

Used for when building and aligning the build plate carriage. I used these to keep the rails parallel when screwing the build plate carriage to the linear rail carriages.

As I do not have the tools to drill 16 holes as well as needed, I printed these caps and driller bigger holes than required using the caps to secure the build plate carriage to the carriages.
I did use graph paper to drill the hole in the general area with a hand drill.

To hold the switch using the rail and threaded rods, nuts are used to secure this piece as well as adjust it.

To stick below the build plate carriage to trigger the end switch
