Quicker to print and half the filament of a benchy, this was a quick idea to make a test part which can be printed to sweep filament parameters (particularly temperature).
It contains a nearly flat base, a 45 degree overhang, some small detail and some (small) flat sides. The idea was not to make something easy to print, but something that might show up some differences in print quality more easily.
Prints in about 30 minutes, 1.2m/3g filament. Small enough to fut under the X bearings on an A8, should be able to fit 4 diagonally across the bed and print one-at-a-time without too much trouble.
Updated with dimple to indicate orienration
Added version with small tooth detail
Added tower1 to get round a problem when printing with an i3 mk2 - not enough material to hold the two parts of the sphere together
