This is a small multi-part tolerance testing model. It's designed to print quickly while using only a little amount of plastic filament.
Small Tolerance Test.stl
Pop out as many nubs and you can to see how close your printed surfaces can be while still being able to separate. Each notch represents a 10th of a millimeter: so one is 0.1 mm, two is 0.2 mm, three is 0.3 mm, and so on. 8 g, prints in ~1:30 hours at Normal Quality with 50% infill.
Small Tolerance Test - No Nubs.stl
The same as above, but without the nubs. You may find that you can get closer tolerances by printing objects separately. This is good for testing tighter fits. 5 g, prints in ~1 hour.
Single Slot Tests
Small Tolerance Test 0.2mm Addition.stl
Small Tolerance Test 0.3mm Addition.stl
Use these when you have an idea of how close you can get, but don't want to print the full slotted test model. 1 g, individually prints in ~20 minutes.
Single Nub
Small Tolerance Test Nub.stl
Don't print this if you've already printed the 5 slot pop-out test. < 1 g, prints in 10 minutes.
