Looking for a small, strong pulley and this largely fitted the bill. I didn’t like the fact that the wheel centre bolt could not be tightened without deforming the side plates, I decided to add a low friction axle that could be tightened down on and some low friction bumps to the wheel (take care to print it with these on the top surface). Whilst making these changes I chose to incorporate the 'spacer block' into one of the side plates, instead of leaving it as a separate floating part.
I do everything possible to avoid bridges and the need for supports and this model is easy to print as it has neither.
I printed it in PETG and it is clean and strong. I made it to adjust a washing line and it works well. I have another which I use to raise and lower a bird feeding table.
You will also need 2 x 20mm bolts and appropriate nuts.
I also have included the model as a STEP file to allow for more straightforward remixing, if desired.
