Small gearless transmission

The device uses the different distance that the connection between the two wheels make to transfer different rotation ratio. When the X-axis moving wheel trespasses the center of the stationary wheel the rotation reverses, and the same rule of different ratio applies. This is basically a reductor for small machinary.
