Small Geared Extruder for a NEMA 17 motor. it uses the knurled filament driver gear.
This design also includes a microswith based filament runout sensor. it uses M5 pushfit fittings for input and output for the 4mm bowden tube.

Bolts / Fixings needed:
2 off M3 x 5mm flange head (to hold the top cover on)
3 off M3 x 6mm cap head (for the motor)
3 off M3 x 8mm cap head
1 off M3 x 22mm cap head
1 off M3 x 12mm cap head
5 off M3 full nut
1 off M3 flat washer
2 off M3 x 5 x 5 brass thread inserts
1 off M4 x 10mm flange head
1 off M4 full nut
1 off M5 x 45mm hex head partially threaded
1 off M5 nyloc nut
2 or 3 off M5 flat washer
2 off 625zz bearings
1 off 634zz bearing
this is a work in progress. i need to write up the assembly instructions when i get all the steps figured out.
I have included mirrored versions of the main parts if you want to print a mirrored pair of extruders.
UPDATE 18/03/2018:
-New idlers that allow you to get your finger onto the idler to open the filament feed and a slight spacer for the bearing.
-New motor mount and spacer for NEMA 17 motors that dont have the flat on the shaft ground all the way along.
-New main body that has a relief cut for the 625 bearings and the outer bearing will not fit into the main body meaning you dont need the top lid if you dont want ot use it.
