This is a project proposal for SM city Monumento in Caloocan City. The mall project is located at the former lot of Ever Grand in Rizal Avenue, Caloocan City. The design of the mall is much similar to SM city BF-Paranque but minify and modify to a paper folding and ribbons,wrapped design, in front of the mall. The whole complex is a 8 story building, which the mall houses 4 floor, while on the top of the mall. 2 floors are dedicated for parking and another 3 floors (starts at the 2nd floor of the parking) for the BPO office. The Mall features at most 150 - 200 shops ranging from local to international tenants such as Bench, A 2 floors Uniqlo, 3 floors H&M, Vikings, Cafe Shibuya, and the like. The mall also have a 3 stories The SM Store, a SM Supermarket, 4 Large Format Cinemas (that can be customized for dining, e-sports, children, etc... cinemas), a 2 floor Director Cinema, A Food Hall, A Large Atrium, A Floating Cafe and a Green Wall. There's also a bridge way that connects to the LRT Monumento Station that gives easy access for shopper goers and a Transportation Terminal, located on the eastern side of the mall, for commuters going to the other parts of CAMANAVA, Caloocan, North Quezon City, and North Manila. In terms of the interiors, the design was incorporated with wood panelings and contemporary fixings such as the escalator were painted red to give a pop look. The mall is dedicated for the millennials (not literally) for it inspired the design of the mall, capturing the modern, rustic, or contemporary vibe.
