This is a very quick-and-dirty mount to put a slim slot-loading optical drive behind the front panel of a Sliger S620 PC case. You will need four M2x2 screws to mount the bracket to your drive. You will also need three screws to mount the bracket to the case - I used M3 screws. You'll also need a #6-32 thumb screw or maybe a right angle screw driver for one of the PSU screws.
I used the power supply mount with the PSU fan facing the side of the case... if you're using the front/back facing orientation, I think it'll still work, but you're on your own for assembly.
I don't think this will work for a tray-loading drive, at least not without removing the front panel when you want to use the drive.
