SLA tweaks of Openable Detailed Dalek by plattnerd

A few edits to the dalek files by Ellindsey, specifically for resin 3d printers:
56 bump rings arranged into 4 towers with custom supports. I tried printing a few flat on the bed, and a lot of them chipped, so these towers worked better! The bottom layer still needs supports but layers 2-14 have custom supports which are on the light side, making them very easy to separate but your printer probably needs to be well tuned (and leaning on the over-exposure side).
the gun and eyestalk made whole again - the gun can be printed on its end with no supports, and the eyestalk can be printed on its side, suspended as usual in chitubox and with one support per fin as well as the standard ones along the rod. It made more sense to print these whole in resin considering how sticky the print bed is on the mars!
