I've made three modifications to the DEC bracket to suit my use case
1..The recess for receiving the mounting bolt now sized for an M6 bolt
2..Created holes to receive two m2 screws to hold the breakout adapter for the RJ connected motor wireshttp://elabguy.com/datasheet/RJ11-BO-V2A%20Rev1.0.pdf
3..Shaved about 0.5mm off the wedge that slots into the mount. The original version was a shade too wide for my EQ5
