02/02/2015 :
Native files are on github : https://github.com/Catastropheee/Skeleton3D
MAJOR UPDATE 01/13/2015 :
V0.9 is online. It's a fixed design.
BOM is on Github : https://github.com/Catastropheee/Skeleton3D
There is two possibility for the bracing :
PLA triangle (not recommended for high speed printing)
Steel triangle (highly recommended !!!)
Wood and steel plate dimension are online.
12/21/14 :
Little bug fixed.
Files translated in English.
MAJOR UPDATE 12/12/14 :
New support plate !!!
Use now : Plate_pusher, Z_left_support_plate, Z_motor_piece_1_2, Z_motor_piece_2_2, Z_right_support_plate, Z_support_plate_link and Z_top_connector.
Improvement :
-Better support of the plate
-Guidance and traction are now decoupled (Plate_pusher go in Z_support_plate_link)
UPDATE 12/08/14 :
We removed the .stl for the 4-rods guidance, because it generate more problems than solve.
We are now working on a new version, more stable of the "support plate".
UPDATE 12/04/14 :
We added the .stl for the 4-rods guidance on Z to have no overhang.
Also, I have upload a new version of the extruder with a support for the inductive sensor!
Now on twitter : https://twitter.com/Skeleton3D Follow us to have the last update!
UPDATE 11/30/14 :
We added an inductive sensor for auto-level.
We'll test the new improvement next week and if it's successful we will publish the new version
UPDATE 11/29/14 :
I add a 3mm version of the extrudeur (but it has not been tested)
We actually working on a new version to guide the plate as you can see on the last picture. The goal is to have a 4-rods guidance on Z to have no overhang. Moreover, this improvement stabilize more the Skeleton3D!
Hi folks,
Here is our new project : the Skeleton 3D
The goal for this printer is to be :
tiny
compact (280x280x290)
transportable (less than 5kg)
good printing surface (100x100x100)
easy maintenance
easy to build
inexpensive

peu cher
