This is a simple quadcopter frame. The complete frame can get below 80g (depending on infill). You obviously need 4 arms, one top and one bottom part.
The frame supports props up to 9".
My quad uses:
4 pcs 2208 1100KV motors
20A 4-in1 ESC
CCD3 controller w/ DSM satellite receiver
2S LiIO battery (I use 2 18650 powertool cells, weighs 90g)
4 pcs 9x4.7 gemfan props
4 20x3 screws & nuts
Total weight is 395g.
The quad is very moderate in power consumption, 5A @ 7.4V for hovering is possible.
With 60g payload (the power meter) I measured 6A.
This means at 2Ah bat capacity, 20min flight time is possible, which makes it a nice beginners training vehicle.
Update: There is a second version of the arm which features a simple landing gear
