The example is a synthetic felt. The laser cutter setup is following.
power:15, speed: 80, focus: 0, frequency: 500
After cutting the pieces, you need to make 2 half cut lines on the back side (5cm from the center edge toward the cut on center) and 1 line on the front side in the center from the slit to the center edge. This is to fold the noce easily. then add the triangler piece in the gap where the slit is, sew it in place to hold the nose angle. You can add extra stich on the top part of the nose from the back to support it. See the pictures for details.
