This is a very simple 4mm Bowden tube clamp that uses an M8 (13mm) nut to clamp the tube. It's very strong, if you do the nut up too much you will crush the tube.
I have put a 6mm lead in on the clamp which will screw into an M6 nut or hole. In the photos you can see it screwed into a cheap (£26)
bowden feeder.
V2 has a more pronounced taper and thread ramp to make it easier to screw in and print.
