Silicone Sock for Geeetech A10

This silicone sock fits on a Geeetech hotend that measures 23 x 20 x 9,5 mm. It's a Remix of the nice CNC-Kitchen-Version.
Among other things I changed the measurments to fit on the A10 Hotend and replaced the tiny plastic pins that are prone to break, with screws. Since I used only two screws to hold the inner part in place, I could reduce the number of holes in the silicone sock so the insulation is probably a bit better.
