Silent microswitch for mouse
by Thingiverse
Last crawled date: 5 years, 4 months ago
This is a silent microswitch with dimensions and connections similar to those used on most mouse. It can replace the microswitches type D2FC-F-7N and similar. The microswitch only has the NO (normally open) contact so the third terminal is dummy.
Printing requires a very strong and flexible material so I used nylon, I set the height of the layers to 0.3mm. Printing takes less than 5 minutes.
To make contacts and terminals I used the 1/4W resistors leads having a diameter of 0.5mm.
I decline any responsibility for damage caused to the equipment in which these microswitches will be mounted.
