Approximate building cost: up to $250 (acrylic case, 6 mm plywood also okay).
Most likely you will not find a heater with apropriate size (182x202 mm), I use aluminium alloy plate with 12v 100watt silicone heater pad (180x180 mm) glued to the bollom of the plate.

I didn't work on full BOM and assembly instructions, it's mostly the same as in original project although you will need more short hex head bolts and nyloc nuts for rails and pulleys. If you have any difficulties assemblyng the projects drop me a message, I will answer shortly.
