this uses cranking inward on the handles to turn the cutters.
the thing is that there are no worries about breaking any plastic gears.
*changed hopper to include 4 corners instead of 2. its not changed in the rendering .
i added a 3 handle crank that is smaller to keep from hitting table.
i added a hex hole for a 1/4 hex bit to turn via a power screw driver or power ratchet
added a hopper.
this could be used for shredding kitchen food to add to compost bin. which is why i made it.
or shredding veggies for salads, salsa,
smoothies, etc. for food use food safe pla.
