The stand for the soldering iron that comes with a Hakko FX888D slides around on my bench, sometimes I even accidentally bump the power switch. So I made this shoe to hold it in place when I scrub the tip in the metal sponge.
I made it in three pieces because my printer bed is too small to print the whole thing. Once assembled and screwed down with some No. 4 wood screws, it's very solid. However, if you have a printer with a larger bed, I have included a one-piece STL file you could print out instead of the three-piecer -- obviously I haven't been able to print an example of that part but its dimensions are the same as the multi-piece part and the stand fits well enough in that.
I've included the FreeCAD source file to make modifications easier if you want to customize or improve it.
