SHIMARIO Bike Cassette Sprocket Cleaner
Specifically made to fit Shimano 10 speed MTBs, but it can be used to clean most of the existing bike cassettes.
The thickness of the toothed area is 2 mm, but if you want to perfectly fit your bike, feel free to modify the .STEP file or simply rescale the Z axis accordingly.
Tables with spacer thickness are provided in the images.
Printing:
Cut the bottom side of the handle, as described in one of the pictures.
Use a horizontal slab to print the toothed area with 100% infill or add walls until it is completely filled.
Use cyanoacrylates and clamp the two parts.
If you need to rescale it, do it only on X/Y axis so that the thickness of the toothed area does not change.
Material:
Best choice is PETG, but PLA is also fine since this tool is not meant to sustain heavy loads.
Usage:
For best results, use this tool along with degreaser and a brush. If you go for PLA, be careful not to use petrol as chain degreaser.
