Disclaimer: This may not work for you if your cassette is really stuck. It worked for me, though, so I said "Might as well upload it, maybe it will work for someone else." You got nothing to lose, so might as well try it, right?
This is a cassette (not freewheel) remover for Shimano bikes. The head is 24mm across which should be easy to grip and provide plenty of leverage but still fits most typical adjustable wrenches. I made this because other models I found online using a closed top didn't provide much surface to grab with the wrench, as well as prevented the remover from fitting as deeply into the splines as possible.
Keep in mind, you'll also need a chain whip in order to hold the cassette in place while applying counter-clockwise torque.
