Shark head was found on Pinshapes by Mark Geoghegan [ oldrobot ] but it was not designed for holding pens and pencils. I asked him for permission to redesign it and post it here on thingiverse. By hollowing out the inside in Tinkercad for that purpose and scaled it up and then post finished it by sanding, filling, more sanding and then priming and airbrushing the details. I used acrylic paints and for the clear I used Behr gloss cement sealer from Home Depot. Turned out beautiful and there is about six coats of clear with wet sanding in between coats. The print took 18 hours at 4800 mm/min and a layer height of 0.2. Top and bottom layer of 3 with a 15% infill and supports. Be careful taking out the supports as you can break out a tooth. I did as you can see but the good news is that sharks do loose their teeth! Printed with PLA from Inland.
