This is a version of the sewable buttonbattery holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:250503) that screws instead of clicks to close. This is somewhat better in avoiding the legs to break off.
Another improvement is two holes in the circumference, allowing a thread to push on the plus side of your button battery.
