The aim of this thing is to use it to sew leds or other 2 leg electronics components on textile, see the pictures for the use with LDR, LED and resistor.
There are two holes at the top to allow the legs in. Then there are two handles to sew the thing on the textiles. Use the same two handles for conductive wire towards the LED.
You can change the design somewhat in customizer if you are so inclined.
Use eg with lilypad and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:265116 as battery holder.
