I designed a skittle dispenser that works with a 9g servo. The hopper has a thread that accepts most soft drink bottles, which you would empty, dry and fill with skittles. This was linked to a times table tester(https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/148375859/) , and a Year 5 / Year 6 spelling tester made in Scratch for my kids. After a set number of random questions, the servo spits out a tasty reward. This was designed in tinkercad, and adapted from original project https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:379273 (thanks to @Kumy).
My children have since learnt their times tables with far less grumbling, and even non standard times tables, like the 7.4 times table!
This could be used as a part of a more complicated skittle sorting mechanism that I haven't yet made!
