The is a printable version of the common round metal servo horn that are sold "everywhere" It will fit any brand of servo that uses 25T splice. I tested it on a common and cheap MG996R clone. It is a good fit, tight and dose not wobble.
I have included a dimensioned drawing if you want to see the exact size part.
I have included all the design files including a 2D cad drawing that describes the design of the spline. I could not find details of the spline anyplace online so I measured it myself.
A plastic servo horn will not be as strong as a metal one. The plastic will strip out of forced hard enough. This can a Good Thing as f can serve as a kind of "mechanical fuse" and save other parts from breaking. If you want a more sturdy part buy the metal ones.
