Selenium 78 Option 2

Octahedral model of the nucleus of Selenium 78 as a body centered cubic structure of red monoquarks and blue-green diquarks. 8 of the surface monoquarks and all 36 interior monoquarks are downs, the other 34 surface monoquarks are ups. This is an extension to solution E+0-1L4 with a 9 sphere double triangle added over each of the 4 double faces. It is equivalent to solution E+0-1QL3 with a quartet of spheres over each pole and a line of spheres around the equator.
