I've just designed and built my wife a 600mm wide rigid heddle loom (Thing files to be posted in due course) and she needed long shuttles to go with it.
To allow printing I've designed a modular system that allows printing on a 220 x 200 printer bed.
2 end sections and 2 intermediate sections make a shuttle 585mm long.
I've also included an STL for a short complete shuttle to the same design to suit a 270mm wide loom..
