UPDATE: Added a little scoop .STL. Kinda goofy, but needed something for adding soil into the planter without damaging the sprouts. Prints fine without supports in PLA (very long, steep overhang), but supports are recommended. /UPDATE
Basic planter for starting various seeds. Went a bit large with this one, as I like to bury new starts up to their neck until they are at least 3" long, as well as give them plenty of lateral room for root growth. I prefer to put a small layer of aquarium gravel at the bottom, so that the soil does not plug the drains. The bottom drains on this one are integrated into the base neck design. Vapor smoothing will make it easier and cleaner to remove starts for potting/planting, as long as care is taken to wash and rinse the planter afterward. Works in PLA, ABS/ASA, Nylon, you name it.
Takes a while to print, and the print in the picture was laid down at a high speed to cut down on time, so there is edge-ringing clearly visible. Your results will certainly vary.
