Hello!
This thing is a Remix of TimeMostr's Seed Planters with Water Tray. it can be found here:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4079243
This is a 12 cell see planting setup. Each cell is ~33mm x 33mm and sits in a shallow tray that can be filled with water for bottom up watering.
I have not changed the tray, but I have made multiple changes to the seed pod. First, I filled all the original bottom holes and added one 12mm finger hole to easier remove the plants for transplanting. Next, I added small slices to each corner of the pod. This does two things: it means you use slightly less material when printing, and more importantly it allows more air to flow to the soil (and plant roots as they develop).
I plan on making mine soon, and will update with photos of the print and plants I seed. Also, feel free to check out some of my other gardening things:
Garden Plant Limb Support: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4815373
Garden Vegetable Identification Stakes: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4804330
If you print your own, I would love to see a picture of yours! Also, If you have any other gardening designs you'd like to see send me a message or post a comment!
Thanks - KnottysWoodShop
