Seatpost mounted pannier rack - endcap blank

Endcap for a popular and generic seatpost mounted pannier rack, available from eBay and Amazon, it comes with a rear reflector but if you choose not to use this you are left with a gaping hole in the tube.
Endcap has a cut-out for the rivet which holds the reflector so you don't need to remove that.
Printed at 0.2mm resolution, flat face down on print bed.
