Sears modern home - The Appearson

My first ever made catalog home, it's the appearson ! The house is an english countryside villa, made by sears & rosebuck in the 1928 edition. Described as 'A small two story English house, showing the attractive possibilities of face brick veneer', which is my favorite, because this house is very compact, and serves its residents well. The house includes 5 rooms and a bath. The living & dining room sets are from Daniel P, and the blue bedroom as well. The master bedroom set is from Demilune. Imagine this house on the coasts of newport, rhode island, and come on in to the inviting living room.
