This is a housing for a commonly available SD card to SATA adapter. For reference it is the model found here:https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIABR04YT8633&cm_re=sata_sdhc_adapter-_-9SIABR04YT8633-_-Product
orhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0078PVL8U/ref=s9u_simh_gw_i2
or any number of ebay sellers. The board is about 50x75 mm.
You need two 3mm screws to hold it together. I used 3x8mm but any length of 5 to 10mm will probably work. The screws will just self-thread into the body.
The photo shows the Body and the Top pieces which was all I needed. In the unlikely event anyone else finds this part useful but wants to mount it in place of a 2.5 inch drive, I added an alternate part which provides for that. I haven't printed that part, but I am confident that it will work. It is designed to the 2.5 drive spec, including the position of the sata connector relative to the mount points in the long direction. In the lateral direction the connector is centered which isn't standard.
If you want to modify this design, the CAD files for this are available on Onshape at:https://cad.onshape.com/documents/946ff01ff846b43da6c26111/w/7671690322d356c81f17a0d6/e/d808070ed4ee776bef1cc5fc
I printed this without support with no issues; but the printer does have to bridge the opening for the sd card so depending on your printer/filament you might need add it.
