This is a low cost plastic version of an assembly screw that could secure a Scuba wing to a backplate when rigged for a single tank without a single tank adapter. You can customize these so that they perfectly fit your backplate.

I bought a 5/16 x 18 Bolt and nut that i used to clean the threads up a bit after they are printed. I adjusted the threadTolerance variable in openSCAD to where it fit the store bought hardware the best.
