Handle for vise screw.
I use a 120mm M10 (19mm HEX) Screw instead 3D-printed origin screw. Handle attached on hex head of screw and bolt m4 screw into threaded hole on the main screw head.
DrillConductor model help to drill hole in screw's head straight. Next, you need to cut the M4 thread into drilled hole and attach Handle on hex.
