Scraper Holder Remix for Horizontal Rails by Shqype

This is a simple remix of the useful minimalist scraper holder to enable it to sit behind the power supply instead of on top of it. I did not want to remove the top bar to install the original, and I don't like the scraper handle poking above it. With this remix, it sits out of the way on a portion of the rail that is not being used for anything else.
