Description
This thing is a mechanical upgrade for Scalar XL 3D printers.
This upgrade allows to use a Tr8x1.5 trapezoïdal leadscrew instead of a standard M8 leadscred on Z Axis.
For the convertion, as the Trapezïdal leadcrew often requires a special nut, the Leadscrew has to be moved a little bit, for the nut to fit the overall design of the Scalar XL.

2016.07.15 - Both tops and Bottom holders have been upgraded
2016.07.15 - Motor holder for 8mm smooth rods has also been corrected, the 435mm smooth rods were too short. This was fixed, the motor holder can now support 435mm rods.

The bottom Z axis motor holders
The Top Z axis smooth rod holders
For Scalar XL:
The X axis moto holder 10mm
The X axis Idler holder 10mm
For Scalar M:
The X axis moto holder 8mm
The X axis Idler holder 8mm
Accessories:

Special Notes:
Top_Z_Holder 8mm.stl is reversible, so you can use it for both right and left side of the printer.
Special Gcode:
We uploaded 2 Gcodes
ConfigTR08x1.5.gcode that allows you to reconfigure the firmware settings of your printer with the proper Zstep/mm (2133.33 compatible with TR08x1.5)
ConfigM8.gcode Capable of setting back the Z step/mm (2550) for M8 threaded rod
