Description
These parts increase the cooling of AllInOne Heatsink.
The 5015S turbine is reused from the original design of the AllInone Hotend holder.
The turbine is now cooling down the heatsink of the hot end instead of the small 25mm fan.
Fan Holders
We provide 3 types of fan holder:
AllInOne (25mmFanShroud.stl): The 25mm fan is reused to cool down the PLA printed part.
E3D (30mmFanShroud.stl): the 30mm fan can be reused to cool down the PLA printed part.
E3D Volcano (30mmFanShroud_Volcano.stl), the 30mm fan is also reused, but the fan shroud output is lower than the E3D version.
What this design can fix
This design can fix some cases where some type of filaments will expand inside the hotend as the heatsink body near the heat block is getting hot due to lack of airflow.
Updates:
2016.07.015 - Add Blower_Fan_Holder_V5, this model has a direct airflow toward the bottom of the hotend heatsink. the V4 was intended to push the airflow up.
2016.07.02 - Fix 25mm fan holder, the bottom was not flat
