Description
These parts are fan mount / fan duct for 40mm fans.
They are compatible with Scalar S, Scalar L, Scalar XL Premium 3d printers.
40mmFanHolder_Back.stl: is the fan mount for the back of the X carriage
40mmFanHolder_Front.stl: is the fan mount for the front of the X carriage
fans to use:
consider using high speed fans for this use.
15000 rpm fans might be overkill and noisy at full speed, but they can be used at low speed and will give you plenty of extra power if you ever need to increase speed. (http://3dmodularsystems.com/en/fan/391-15000rpm-40mm-12v-dc-fan-1416cfm.html)
6500 rpm fans seems quite a nice compromise between noise and airflow (http://3dmodularsystems.com/en/electronic/26-6500rpm-40mm-fan-12v-dc-713-cfm.html)

nothing special here, 20% infill is enough
