Sausage Stuffer Tubes for LEM-Branded Stuffers

Every sausage stuffer manufacturer out there uses one of a few standard sizes for their stuffer tubes, meaning that replacements can be found on amazon for a few dollars. But not LEM manufacturing - one of the more common suppliers in N. America - who uses their own non-standard size. So instead of being able to replace a set of 3 tubes for a few dollars, you instead get to spend over $60. Want a 10 mm stuffer for pepperettes? That''ll be another $60.
Or you can print these instead. This thing contains files for all standard-sized casing - 10 mm (pepperettes), 16 mm (hotdog), 22 mm (standard sausages) and 32 mm (salami). The base fits the LEM-sized base-plate (38 mm). To make them strong enough to survive the pressure of filling I designed the walls to be slightly thicker than you'll see in injection-molded components, but even the smallest bore tube has worked well of multiple batches of sausage. These have been sized to fit standard casings, but you may find that you need to sand the outside of the tubes slightly if using collagen or synthetic casings.
Printing"
1) I printed these in PLA, although my prototypes were printed in PETG. Both worked fine.
2) I recommend that you use food-grade filament
3) For PLA, I recommend printing at the higher end recommended by your filament manufacture to improve layer adhesion. I printed at 240C.
4) If you print in PLA or PETG, you'll have to hand-wash these as they will distort in most dishwashers.
