I adapted flexure mechanism made by Amtech to Sapphire PRO printer. Thanks to author for initial design!
I've made two version: For anti backlash nut and for the standard nut.
Version for anti backlash nut will work in both cases, I would reccomend this desing. Only thing that it will reduce max Z of the working volume by 25 mm. For me it is not a problem, because I never printed part higher than 60 mm.
In my case I didn't saw any improvements after this upgrade, but I think it is because I already have a flexible spring like coupling between motor shaft and lead screw.
To mount all parts you will need 4 plastic inserts, 4 M3 and 2 M4 screws.
Preassemble as on the photo and do not tight M3 screws at this stade.
Remove 2 M4 screws on the lineare bearings and install Z wobble fix with lead screw by 2 longer M4 screws.
Align everything to center the lead screw in the plateforme hole, tigthen all screws and thats all.
As always your comments and suggestions are welcome!
