Up for your perusal is a sandwich case I've been working on for the BM43A keyboard. I love the aluminum case that you can easily find for it, but it's an absolute bear to find anything besides that one. I've used http://builder.swillkb.com/ to design the SVG files and then ran them through Blender to get them converted into models. I got a little messy with file names during the modeling process and might have uploaded the incorrect files for the plate (should be two 3u spacebars). Please leave a comment if this is the case and I'll try to get that sorted out.
This is not fire-and-forget. You'll need to play with thicknesses a little bit to get it to work right for you. The other dimensions should be set properly.
Post holes are 3mm in size. My intent with this is for you to use m3 screws and have them bite all the way through. Make sure you stretch your forearm muscles first! I printed the bottom layer, the top layer, the plate, and then I also printed the open layer at 500% thickness (don't change the other dimensions). For my setup, I used 16mm screws. You'll need to adapt your screw length to suit your needs.
I split and sized these so that you can fit them all on an Ender 3. You can use whatever build plate adhesion you like, or none at all if so desired.
This is still a bit of a work in progress so if you have any feedback that would be much appreciated (this is my first real modeling project after all!)
Thanks for considering a download, and I hope you have a wonderful day!
