This is a work in progress. This is my seventh try, and it fits my Samsung Galaxy S5.
use "supports everywhere" because there is a tiny overhanging ledge that holds it in place.
it is 1.5mm thick, and i am contemplating making a thinner one.
i have printed this in ABS, and brushed it with acetone and it's strong enough for me.
