I made a deskphone that uses an old Galaxy S5 and a cheap receiver to make a phone for my kids.
I run a free 3CX telephone server on a VM at home so that I don't need SIM cards or phone services, just a cheap SIP service for external calls.
The receivers can be bought on eBay for about $15-$20 depending on where you live. For example - https://ebay.us/oLhOlt
About 100 grams of PETG and 14 hours at 50mm/s on a stock Ender 3
