Central idea A twenty storey service apartment that also sells the top 9 floors as condominiums located in salaya area. It's a modernized apartment and condominium that is to create a top brand name image in salaya in service apartment industry. The company will provide laundry service, Internet service, fitness centre, and food and beverage under it's brand. The 20th floor will be the salaya view reataurant. The one level basement and half of the first two floors will be parking lots. The other half of the first and sesond floor will have mini markets, fitness centre and different shops that already have a brand name image. (Eg-swensens, mcdonalds.). The third to ninth floors will be service apartments or in other words suitable for students as dormitories. Brand name image is the differentiation of salaya view's product from other service apartment. Executive Summary Salaya View Service Apartment is a 20 storey building that will provide high ended hospitality services to mainly stakeholders of Mahidol University. The company wants to accompolish 20% of it's building construction by the end of year 2010. Salaya View service apartment's goals and objectives are to make profit, to provide the best service in it's area,and to create a positive brand name image.
