Safariland wasn't sure if the FN 509 Tactical would fit in their 6395RDS-2702 holster. This part is an "adapter" that fits in the bottom of the holster to allow the longer length of the threaded barrel. Allows you to put the FN509T into the 6395RDS holster.
In the photos you can see the OE plug next to the shorter 509T plug. Unscrew the OE plug and fit in the new plug and you are good to go with the slightly longer threaded barrel of the FN 509T.
I did 20% fill and printed on the side with support on the side pin that goes into the hole in the holster. worked like a champ.
