Download this file to get two halves of the saddle surface z=x^2-y^2 restricted to a circular domain. Oriented and optimized for 3D printing, although you have to glue the halves together later!
Design notes:
The surface was created with Mathematica, using the code Plot3D[.1(x^2-x^2),{x,-5,5},{y,-5,5}, PlotPoints->40, PlotTheme->"ThickSurface"], then exported to STL
The STL was restricted to a circular domain, cut in half, and oriented with TInkercad. TInker with it yourself at this public Tinkercad link: Pringle saddle surface
