S3D profiles for the Replicator R2X by scottd

These will heat up both left and right, or just left, or just right.
It will prime both, just left or just right depending on what profile you choose.
I have 2 sets of profiles.
One for the stock HBP from the R2X and one for the bottleworks HBP.
For the profiles labeled both it will move the right extruder to the front right corner, then prime the nozzle and do a slow wipe to the left.
Then it will move the left extruder to the front left corner, then prime the nozzle and do a slow wipe to the right.
For the profiles labeled right, this will only heat up the right extruder and prime the right nozzle.
For the profiles labeled left, this will only heat up the left extruder and prime the right nozzle.
The only differences between the BW and R2X are the built space dimensions in the profile.
This is not final and still being worked on. I was not able to test for the stock HBP since I have a bottleworks HBP. But the slow wipe goes long enough to wipe onto the stock R2X HBP.
