Update: Added captive nuts for all the mounts. The ballnut mount captive nuts will need to be slightly grinded on the inside. If you look at the model you'll see what I mean. The 1/4-20 nut in the middle will need to be the thin type. There's just not enough meat on the model to use anything else. They can be found online easily.
I converted Russtuff's G0602 conversion models to STL files and then edited them to come up with a 3D Printed version. If you're checking out these files, do yourself a favor and head on over to his youtube channel. He has A LOT of useful videos on the G0602 and G0704 CNC conversions, as well as CNC work in general.

Models used with russtuff's permission. Original models converted to STL are included.
Not yet printed or tested. Conversion involves other hardware, namely ball-screws and mounts. No idea how well this could work, but I don't see why it couldn't if you had the other hardware. Without having the G0602 yet in front of me, I can't tell if it'd be possible to use the motor mounts with the stock lead screws. Anyway, obviously the 3D printed files are different than Russtuff's version. I combined components to make the 3D printed version simpler and more rigid in plastic
