Router Table Insert Plate

A 300x200mm router table insert plate. This is for Triton routers (specifically the MOF-001, although I think it will fit others bar the JOF001). The central insert is designed to use CNC cut washers @ 75mm dia x 1mm thickness. These are held in place with 10mmx1mm countersunk neodymium magnets, with the screw in the centre being adjusted to ensure that the insert is level. This is similar to the incra magnalock system, but at a fraction of the cost. The washers can be brought (in the UK) from lasermaster.co.uk, for about a fiver. Make sure you buy the mild steel ones, as none of the others are magnetic enough!
